What We Do
Awareness, Education, Application and Community are key areas of our focus.
We host dinner regularly for invited guests to experience the Gastrogeography of Singapore meals we create. We also collaborate with other organisations such as Project 33 and Foodscape , Nong to extend our reach and encourage Singaporeans to appreciate “what’s growing in our own backyard” and the unique flavours of Asia like the humble laksa leaf.
Our culinary experiments have led us to create many interesting recipes that are sought after by those who experience them.
We aim to encourage everyone to share recipes – either forgotten recipes with Singapore grown produce or new recipes they have invented.
